These terms are between you and Pop Technologies Pty Ltd ("NoBrainer", "we"). By using the app or website you agree to them.
The service
NoBrainer arranges recurring deliveries of household products from partner shops to addresses in Australia. You choose the products and how often they're delivered.
Prices and payment
Each delivery costs the product price, plus the shop's delivery fee if it has one, plus a NoBrainer fee. The total is shown before you confirm. We charge your saved payment method through Stripe shortly before each delivery. Prices can change; if a product's price changes we'll show the new total before the next charge.
Skipping, pausing and cancelling
You can skip, pause or cancel any delivery or subscription in the app at any time before it's charged. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
Problems with an order
If something arrives damaged, wrong or doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or abusively.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses. Our liability for any delivery is limited to resupplying it or refunding what you paid for it.
