What we don't do

Where it's stored

Your account data is stored with our service providers: Google Firebase (sign-in), Railway (our database) and Stripe (payments). Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We only use providers with appropriate security safeguards.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your information while you have an account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Delete account). That deletes your profile, address, household details and subscriptions, and removes your saved card from Stripe. We may keep order and payment records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a complaint, by emailing mattbardy98@gmail.com. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
